Financial Sustainability Workshop

California Park & Recreation Society invited GP RED to conduct a series of three progressive financial training workshops.

The workshops provided a basis for Financial Analysis, Service Assessment, Cost Recovery and Pricing. This session included detailed use of tools and methodologies including planning templates for determining agency focus,  The Pyramid Methodology  and service assessments, and outlines for objective analysis and positioning.

Attendees learned to create alignment of values, vision and mission with core services, appropriate resource allocation, use of subsidy, and alternative funding options. Participants developed outlines for successful business plans and methods for cost analysis.
