Yes. I want to become a Community Champion!

By becoming a Community Champion, you are indicating your strong support for GP RED`s major initiatives – Safe Routes To Play, Healthy Communities Surveillance & Management Toolkit, Leadership Development Workshops, Whole Measures for Parks & Recreation, and other initiatives are in various stages of development. Community Champions share our vision for building healthy communities with a level of funding that allows us to bring innovative research and planning tools, active transportation initiatives and collaborative leadership training directly to state and local agencies and community building organizations. We are open to developing creative partnerships that result in lasting and sustainable achievements.
